Key Responsibilities: Arrange viewings with prospective tenants Act as the primary point of contact for applicant inquiries, delivering exceptional service over the phone, in–person, and online Establish and nurture strong connections with potential tenants Oversee lettings administration, including new tenancies, applications, agreements, and communication logs Welcome tenants and visitors to our office, surpassing their customer service expectations Preferred Requirements: Proven track record in achieving targets Self–motivated with excellent communication skills Friendly, positive personality with exceptional customer service abilities Disclaimer
