Description
As the Interim Head of Lettings and Allocations, you'll oversee the day–to–day operations of the lettings function for a not–for–profit organisation in the property sector. Your role will involve ensuring efficient processes and achieving key objectives to support the organisation's goals.

Description
Manage the lettings process to maximise efficiency and minimise void periods.Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.Lead and support the lettings team to achieve performance targets.Oversee tenancy allocations and manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the lettings function.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property management.Address and resolve any issues related to lettings and tenancy management.Profile
A successful candidate should have:
Proven experience in managing lettings or property operations within a similar environment.Strong knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyse data and monitor performance effectively.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive approach to problem–solving and decision–making.Job Offer
