Role: Live–out Houseman / Chauffeur / Gardener

Location: High Street Kensington

Salary: GBP45,000–GBP55,000 (depending upon experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 5:30pm (occasional weekend availability)

Contract: Full–time, Permanent

Start: Immediate/flexible

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and multi–skilled Houseman / Chauffeur / Gardener to join a private household in High Street Kensington

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with driving duties, property upkeep, light gardening, and general maintenance. This is a varied and hands–on role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a can–do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Chauffeuring the family as required Keeping external areas clean, including patio, driveway, and bins Performing light gardening in front and back gardens (previous gardening experience, a plus) Conducting general household repairs and light maintenance Assisting the housekeeping team with exterior cleaning tasks Dog walking and supporting with pet care and routines Coordinating and assisting with household schedules Working conditions:

Monday to Friday: 7:30am 5:30pm Occasional weekend work (up to 8 days annually), with 2 days off in lieu per single weekend day worked Any additional weekend days worked beyond 8 days per year will be paid at GBP20/hour Overtime after 5:30pm on weekdays paid at GBP20/hour 28 days paid holiday (to be taken when the family are travelling) Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar combined role (driver, houseman, gardener, or handyman) Full, clean UK driving license and DBS check Good knowledge of London routes and traffic patterns Comfortable with manual work Well groomed
