The Head of Properties will be responsible for overseeing all property–related activities, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and facilities management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward–thinking property strategy aligned with business goals.

Portfolio Management: Oversee acquisition, development, leasing, and maintenance of all properties.

Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis to maximise returns.

Team Development: Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team across Estates, Facilities, and Property Design.

Compliance & Risk: Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage risk across the portfolio.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, government bodies, and partners.

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field (Master's or MRICS/CPM/CCIM preferred).

10–15 years' experience in property management or development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Proven success managing large, complex property portfolios.

Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Deep understanding of property law, compliance, and sustainability standards.
