Description

Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all construction projects.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to project teams and stakeholders.Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programmes.Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities and incidents.Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to safety standards.Investigate incidents and near–misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations.Act as the main point of contact for health and safety queries within the construction department.Profile

A successful H&S Advisor should have:

A recognised qualification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction and property industries.Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures effectively.Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and deliver training sessions.A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating health and safety risks.Job Offer
