What You'll Be Doing:

As part of the repairs and maintenance team, you'll carry out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and inspections across tenanted and vacant homes. You'll be at the heart of ensuring properties are safe, functional, and up to regulatory standards – all while providing a service that tenants can rely on.

What You'll Bring:

A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant electrical subject18th Edition qualification (BS7671 / 2380/81)Test & Inspection certificate (C&G 2391)Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of electrical installation workExperience working both independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and ability to plan and prioritise work effectivelyStrong customer focus and a conscientious, solutions–based approachConfidence using smartphone technology and job scheduling softwareA full clean UK driving licenceAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and colleaguesA proactive mindset – ready to embrace change, improve processes, and try new approachesWillingness to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and follow all health and safety proceduresA commitment to completing work to specification, within relevant legislation and industry best practiceWhat's in it for you?
