Description
A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Commercial Director with immediate effect.
Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to GBP40M.
The successful candidate will be based out of my clients Bristol office, and be responsible for aspects such as Risk Management, Financial Control, Cash Management, Process & Administration, Commercial Audits, P&L, Board level meetings / Reports, and management of a Regional Commercial Team, whilst reporting into a Regional Director.
Additional:
Salary Up to GBP125K (subject to experience). However, this can be negotiable for the ideal candidate.
