Location – Burton Upon Trent

Hourly rate – 13.00 – 16.00 per hour (depending on payment type) + a company van

Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well–established housing association with the recruitment of a Clearance Operative to work within their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job duties required for the Clearance Operative position

Clearing out empty propertiesFilling up skips with waste and materialsAssisting trades with moving furnitureCleaning the rooms once they are emptyThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
