Employment Type: Temporary (Potential to becoming Permanent)

Location: Roehampton, London SW15

Pay: 13.40 PAYE Per Hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) / 17.10 LTD Umbrella Per Hour

Are you an experienced Caretaker looking for a new opportunity in South West London? We are currently seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join a Housing Association during a period of growth. If you have a proven track record of maintaining and cleaning communal areas and thrive in a challenging environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and clean communal areas to a high standardService communal gardens and other common areas as instructedProvide efficient and effective caretaking and gardening servicesCarry out minor repairs and report any issues promptlyEnsure all communal areas are free from litter and graffitiInteract professionally with tenants, external agencies, and organizations
