Monitor is fully working.
The usual wear and tear for a monitor consistently used for 7-8 years - scratches, smudges, dust, etc.
Comes with power cord, manual, drivers disc and vga cable.
Monitor connects via DVI, VGA and HDMI. Has internal speakers, though not amazing.
Can be vesa-mounted.
1920x1080p TN panel (viewing angles not great)
