Sessions are tailored to your needs and include gentle to medium pressure (palms, thumbs, elbows), assisted stretches in prone and side positions, and grounding techniques to help restore natural sense of ease and balance in the body

I also offer shiatsu as part of a holistic cacao ceremony, shiatsu & sound healing experience, to open your heart space and allow relaxation, love and abundance to expand naturally from within
