Both rooms are south facing with windows overlooking a quiet lane with virtually no traffic, creating a peaceful, private and comfortably warm space which is ideal for therapy. The rooms are suitable for therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, hypnotherapists and other appropriate professionals (not suitable for aesthetic practitioners or manual therapists. Can also work as private office space.)

• 5-minute walk from Charing Cross train station
• Excellent bus links on Berkeley & Sauchiehall Street
• On-street metered parking or £7/day parking at Berkeley Street (by Sikh temple)
• Shared reception, kitchen, toilet facilities, Wi-Fi
• All bills included (apart from small cleaning fee: £5 per month maximum)
• 2nd floor (stair access only)

Rental Details

Rooms are let on a weekly block basis only (for example every Monday morning). Multiple blocks can be rented across different days or times.

Each day is divided into 3 fixed blocks:
• Morning – up to 12.30pm (access from whenever you like leave by 12.45pm)
• Afternoon – 1–5pm (access from 12.45pm leave by 5.15pm)
• Evening – 5.30pm onwards (access from 5.15pm leave when you like)

Not available by the hour, monthly or on an ad-hoc basis.

Flexible rental: no long-term contract - just one month’s written notice if you decide to leave.

Costs

• Room 1 (larger room): £20 per weekly block
• Room 2 (smaller room): £18 per weekly block
• Discounts available for 3+ weekly blocks

Example of monthly cost if taking 1 block per week:
• Room 1 – £20 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = £86 per month + £5 cleaning = £91 per month
• Room 2 – £18 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = £78 per month + £5 cleaning = £83 per month
(Costs are averaged across the year so you pay the same fixed amount each month making budgeting easier)


Current Availability

• Mondays: up to 12.30pm / 1–5pm
• Tuesdays: up to 12.30pm
• Wednesdays: 1–5pm
• Thursdays: up to 12.30pm / 5.30pm onwards
• Fridays: 5.30pm onwards
• Saturdays: up to 12.30pm / 1–5pm / 5.30pm onwards
• Sundays: up to 12.30pm / 1–5pm / 5.30pm onwards
