We have a choice of 5 offices available to let immediately ranging in size from 4-8 desk. Two offices are separate but could be combined by the same business.

The Generator offers the following amenities to all tenants:
• A staffed reception (Monday- Friday office hours) to meet & greet your visitors, take in post &
courier deliveries, mail franking.

• Daily access including weekends 6am until midnight 365 days a year
• Large communal kitchen/lounge with fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
• Breakout areas
• Daily cleaning of common parts
• BTNet Full Fibre 1Gb dedicated Fibre Broadband available from £30pm with infrastructure
maintained by our own IT consultant to ensure optimum security and reliability to your own
private network.
• Lift
• Parking
• Off street Cycle Storage within the building

General Terms when renting an office at The Generator:

Our offices are usually let unfurnished; however we will help with office furniture either free or at a nominal charge subject to availability. Free unrestricted parking locally in addition to our own limited designated parking spaces.

Each individual office has its own entry Entryphone system, and each tenant can access the building using an electronic key fob provided by us.

Our office units currently qualify individually for 100% Small Business Rate Relief from Merton Council (unless you have other business premises - please check eligibility). Our rents include apportionment of all our fixed running costs like staffed reception, utilities, repairs & maintenance, cleaning, insurances, refuse disposal etc that are shared proportionately among our tenants when calculating rents. Additional nominal charges are payable if you wish to use or upgrade the other services we offer like a dedicated DDI telephone number, postage, printing, scanning etc.

A refundable deposit is usually required totaling 2 months rent (no VAT) and is repayable on returning the office in its original condition at the end of the tenancy.

Our tenancies are usually on easy in/easy out terms with 1 month notice either way.
