Desk space in light and airy creative Hackney studio!

Description

We have one desk left available from March in our warm, sociable, and friendly studio, and we’d love to welcome someone new into the space, whether that’s one person or a pair, for a short or longer-term stay.

You’d be sharing with a small, relaxed architectural practice and one other desk renter. We’re a social bunch who enjoy working alongside others — we occasionally host small events, often lunch together, and really care about nurturing an upbeat, welcoming studio atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and at home. There’s also Niku the dog, who brightens the place 2–3 days a week 🐕

The desks themselves are large and well-set-up, with chairs and plenty of storage, in a bright, high-ceilinged studio just 20m from Vyner Street. We’re a 5-minute walk from the Overground and moments from Broadway Market, making lunchtime dangerously good.

The studio comes with excellent coffee, a big A3 laser printer, fast Wi-Fi, and all the practical bits you’d expect, plus a small outdoor space for fresh air breaks.

Rent: £300 pcm per desk

Deposit: One month’s rent
Notice period: One month
