Space available in a bright south-facing fifth floor studio at St Margaret’s House on London Road, Edinburgh.
Sharing with one other person (an illustrator). Suitable for someone else working in a similar field, though it would also suit a writer, designer, photographer, or any other creative practice (excluding paints). The area available is unfurnished and measures about 4.25 metres by 1.50 metres.
The building is open seven days a week, with reduced hours on the weekend.
The £100 per month is inclusive of bills (including heating) and wifi.
£100 deposit will be required.
