Description

I have a lovely studio space I'm looking to sublet on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

It features a large desk, an external monitor and plenty of shelf space so you can make it your own.
It's on a communal artist floor - full of lovely people, right next to Hackney Downs (see below for blurb).

24 hour access on the sublet days.
Available for sure on: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
(often the whole week too if I'm away or just working elsewhere).

I don't use paint, so this would suit a designer, writer or illustrator.

The Internet is around 20mbps.

About the Space
The area is in an open plan space on the first floor of Hackney Downs Studios, perfect for artists or small businesses. There is a spirit of collaboration and a thriving community, many partnerships and friendships have been formed in the space.

It's a large shared space featuring 37 individual mini-studios, ranging in size from 30 to 110 sq.ft.
