This is a big shop; Everyday thousands of people pass our shop and can see what you are doing behind the huge glass window.
been divided into several portions, ground floor is a big hall, long 12 meter, wide 4 meter, like picture-2. Currently front hall will do nails, rear hall still empty.
Rear hall size is 6 meter (19 feet) long, 4 meter (13 feet) wide, it is 24 m2, 250 square feet. You can split into 2-3 portions to offer different beauty services.
Our rent price has already included all bills, such as landlords rent, government business rate, electrical, gas, water bills, 5G Wi-Fi, 5 million public liability insurance etc. (but you need buy your own beauty insurance).
You have 2 choices to open your own salon here:
Option 1: you pay lower rent monthly:
Rent is £1500 including bills.
To help you start your new business, for first 3 months we give you 50% off rent! (you cannot find such a kind landlord).
If you need more clients, I will do online marketing for you. when I find customer for you, I charge 15% of platform payment to us as commission fee.
Option 2: no rent no salary, you get 70% of income,
I want help you start your own business in my shop, you do not need pay me the rent, and I do not pay your salary, we share the payment from customers.
When I found customers for you from my online platforms, you get 70% of the payment, and I get 30% to pay shop rent, business rates and all bills for shop running.
When you bring your own clients to my shop to do the services, after customer pay you, you pay me £15 per working hour for use the treatment room.
When there are passengers come into our shop, if you are at shop, it accounts as your own customer, you only pay me £15, rest income is yours
We are partner relationship, you are freelance, you pay your own tax and own insurance. Please read this ad 3 times before you contact me.
