Looking to Rent a Unit – Long-Term Lease – £500+ Budget (Depending on Size/Location)
I’m looking to rent a unit on a long-term lease, ideally within a £500/month budget (possibly more depending on size, location, and condition).
I’m based in B24 and ideally searching in or around Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, or Tamworth.
I’m looking for a unit sized between 500 and 1,000 sq ft to be used for furniture reselling, so I’ll need suitable space for storage, minor repairs, and loading/unloading.
If you have a unit available or know someone who does, please get in touch.
Need to have access to water and electrics and large/wide doors or shutters even better if van could go into the unit.
