At extremely short notice, and late in the evening, Parmi assured me it was no inconvenience to print a bunch of band tour T-shirts which I needed two days later! Now that is what I call an excellent service. Parmi went above and beyond all my expectations. The quality of the print and the T-shirts were perfect and the recipients were over the moon. Finally at each stage of our communication from the initial not wavering to bother Mr as it was late to the immediate positive assure and then the actual delivery, I was kept informed every step of the way.
