Ready to take your hooping to the next level?
This course offers more complex hoop tricks and combos. Learn wedgies/escalators/isolations/body rolls and all their variations, on body hooping - chest/shoulders, knees and elbows. All tricks are taught in fun combos and choreography. Are you interested in performing with your hoop(s), this course will help you achieve that. Developing and creating your own style and flair with your hoop
DreamSpin Classes are fun, friendly and sociable, you will meet other passionate hoopers and make life long friendships!
DreamSpin Hoop Dance has been running professional hoop classes in Brighton since 2008 and have taught thousands of people how to hoop. I teach online classes, in schools, festivals and community events.
Hooping is for all ages. These classes are for adults but children over 14 are welcome.
