Join me for the last hoop course of the year!
Hanover Centre, Brighton BN2 9UD
Starts 3rd November for 6 weeks
These classes are suitable for absolute beginners and anyone who has been hooping for a while.
We will play with fun tricks, transitions, on body hooping and build a strong core!
You can find dreamspin hoop dance on fb and youtube to see videos of the kind of hooping you will learn.
Emphasis is on fun!
