✨💃 Adult Chair Dance Classes – New Block Starting Wednesday! 💃✨
Ready to try something fun, empowering, and a little cheeky?
Join us for Adult Chair Dance – a unique mix of styles from burlesque, salsa, line dancing, and more! Every week is different, and every class is full of confidence-boosting fun.
This September block we are dancing to Confident by Demi Lovato! Heels are optional and you will need a tie or scarf for this one!
📍 Tullibody Civic Centre – Function Hall (Tullibody Community Development Trust)
🕒 Wednesdays
6:30–7:30pm
7:30–8:30pm
👚 What to wear:
Comfy clothes (leggings & a top work perfectly!)
Barefoot or socks – heels are sometimes optional for routines
⚠️ Strictly 18+ only – classes include adult themes, with burlesque-inspired moves and optional striptease elements for some routines (think gloves, shirts, etc and always over fitness clothes).
✅ No dance experience needed
✅ All fitness levels welcome – moves can be adapted
