Our model allows clients to onboard qualified engineers within 14 days, supported by full back-office services, seamless IT integration, and strict data security.

Role Overview We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Executives to join our global sales team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for self-starters who are confident in building relationships and driving new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sectors.

You will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, presenting Xponexus Engineering’s remote staffing solutions, and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients within civil, structural, and infrastructure industries.

Generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into active clients.

Present Xponexus Engineering’s offshore engineering solutions to decision-makers.

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Represent the company in a professional manner, building long-term partnerships.

Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferably in engineering, construction, or staffing).

Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable working in a commission-only structure (high earning potential).

Ability to understand client challenges and position Xponexus Engineering as a value-driven solution.
