James was simply superb to hire. Really prompt in quoting for the job, he went out of his way to ensure I got the best outcome for the best price. His pride in his work shines through, couldn't fault his attention to detail and on top of that he was flexible, easy to communicate with and just a really lovely chilled guy to have around. Can't recommend him highly enough!

James is exceptional at what he does-he completely blew us away with the standard of his workmanship, complete wow-factor finishings! He restored two fireplaces and lintels for us exposing original stone including repointing work and also did a new stone decorative date plaque for a feature wall. Impeccable work, outstanding work ethic and attitude-we could not have finished our renovation project without James! Hugely recommended. We would 100% use again.

Recently had fireplace removed and cowl applied to chimney. Was very pleased with standard of work. James took some pictures of the roof which was very helpful. Very professional and would recommend.

We were looking for stone mason for a listed building wall restoration in old town. James has been excellent, scoped the job proactively, gave a reasonable price and completed the job in time as promised. The quality of work was fantastic for the price quoted.
