MBR Property Recovery is a specialist property recovery and cleaning company serving the Midlands and surrounding areas. We help landlords, letting agents, housing associations, local authorities, care providers, property managers, commercial clients and homeowners recover difficult, neglected and contaminated properties.

Our specialist services include hoarding property cleaning, welfare cleans, neglected property recovery, nicotine cleaning, smoke and soot cleaning, biohazard cleaning (within our current training and insurance scope), void property recovery, deep cleaning, odour treatment and specialist property cleaning. We also undertake end of tenancy cleaning where the property requires a higher level of specialist cleaning.

Unlike standard cleaning companies, we deal with properties affected by severe neglect, hoarding, smoke damage, nicotine contamination, human waste, biohazard conditions, abandoned properties, squatter occupation, drug-related contamination and extreme hygiene issues. Our aim is to return properties to a safe, clean and manageable condition while providing honest advice and realistic expectations.

We provide prompt assessments, straightforward quotations and a fast response. In many cases, customers can simply send photographs via WhatsApp for an initial assessment before arranging a site visit if required.
