Description
I’m selling my 2010 Chevrolet Captiva, which I’ve owned for about 6 years. The car has 167,000 miles and comes with some issues, which is why the price is so low.
As you can see in the photos, the dashboard has warning lights on (traction control and downhill assist). This sometimes causes the car to lose power – when I stop, turn it off, wait, and restart, the power goes back to normal.
Other issues:
• Handbrake is not working (probably just needs an adjustment).
• Car smokes .
• Boot/trunk needs adjustment to close properly.
Despite these problems, the engine has never let me down. I used it daily up until last week. It also has 4 nearly new tyres fitted only 4 months ago.
I don’t have the time or knowledge to fix it, but it could be a great project for someone with a garage, for parts, or for someone who knows how to work on cars.
