We are searching for a talented and driven Group Chef to join a growing, Michelin Guide-recognised restaurant group in London. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at group level, working alongside an Executive Chef and another Group Chef to shape the future of an ambitious and expanding brand.

With a reputation for premium, ingredient-led dining and exciting new sites on the horizon, this is a role for a chef who wants to be at the forefront of growth, creativity, and operational excellence.

The Role:

Lead and support multiple kitchens across the group, ensuring consistency, standards, and excellence at every site

Work closely with the Executive Chef and fellow Group Chef on new openings, training, and menu development

Drive operational performance - hands-on in the kitchens, setting the tone and leading from the front

Train, inspire, and mentor Head Chefs and brigade teams, ensuring high levels of consistency and quality

Contribute to the creative development of menus, specials, and seasonal changes

Ensure compliance, cost control, and effective kitchen management across all sites

About You:

Experienced Head Chef or multi-site operator with a background in high-quality, fresh-food kitchens

Proven ability to balance creative flair with operational discipline

Comfortable leading and inspiring multiple teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Organised, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing business

Passionate about premium ingredients, innovative cooking, and delivering consistency at scale
