Description
In collaboration with the furniture manufacturer Vitra, Ron Arad developed a version of the Tom Vac Chair suitable for mass production, which represents a novelty in the designer's work due to its industrial and therefore economical production method.
The shape of the Tom Vac Chair differs only slightly from that of the first design, and its elastic polypropylene shell offers great seating comfort. Chair casings are in good condition but feet do show signs of rust.
