We are selling: Mainly Crepes (sweet and savoury), Bubble Waffles, Mini Donuts and Drinks (resale cans, tea, coffee, lemonade). We secured a fix trading location in Edmonton Green Shopping Centre (rent + bills + vat 2160 monthy). The business is running and I sell it as running business with everything, not just the trailer. I will offer 2 days of training as well for the buyer to get used to the business activities.

Rice trailer converted 2025, from chassis tot the top. Includes vinyl stickers on the exterior, on the left a round light box sign with the logo and on the top of the trailer it has a 3d waterproof letters light sign. In the interior the walls are strengthen by marine plywood, waterproof and moistproof, 12mm. All the tails are secured with 2 types of silicone adhesive, for strength and flexibility. The water system contains a 12v pump, a heating tap, 2 x25l water tanks. For outdoor advertising is installed a 24 inch surface waterproof monitor 800nits with detachable mount. It includes the website: Google account with business and social media accounts: youtube, tiktok, instagram, Facebook Page. Business comes with all the suppliers and disposable stock (plastic / paper cups with lids, crepe holders, bubble waffles cones, . Own SumUp card machine with printer, integrated unlimited data and i have an 18th months contract with Clover as well. Stickers and graphics included.
