We hosted a dinner evening after paying for a charity auction prize to have Paul cook. From start to finish it was amazing. Canapés for guests arrivals were delicious, and the starters of scotched egg was a winner! Paul and Michelle were a great team, tidying up and washing everything down after so we literally didn’t have to do anything after our guests left. Highly recommend Paul and we will certainly be booking again.

I used Paul Cavalli for a private party of 25 people at my house. Paul was so professional and the food was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely be using his services again.

Huge thanks to Paul and his team at Cavalii Cuisine for putting on an incredible BBQ! The canapés were a perfect start... fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The BBQ itself had a massive variety, all cooked to perfection. Paul’s team were friendly, professional and clearly passionate about what they do. Top-quality food and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

We booked Paul to cater for my best friends hen do and everything was incredible. Right from the start, Paul was exceptional in creating different menu ideas and was great at keeping in contact throughout. The food was out of this world and everyone could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. Him and Steve were both amazing on the night, really friendly and cleared everything up, going above and beyond throughout the whole evening. Would recommend to absolutely everyone!
