We were so grateful to Charlotte and her sister for doing such a great job at my son’s 21st birthday party. The portions were very generous which was great because there were quite a few hungry young men!! The chicken was so tasty and the beef and gravy was delicious. I made delicious soup with the left over parsnips and carrots roasted in honey! They were very flexible and much more reasonably priced than other recommended companies. They arrived on time and didn’t mind waiting as we started a bit late. They were a pleasure to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Charlotte and her team were amazing the Buffet was amazing so fresh also the quiche, potato salad and coleslaw was all amazing. The set up went without a hitch and the clear up I recommend to all my friends

Charlotte and her team not only put on an incredible spread of food that was enjoyed by absolutely everyone of all ages, but her and her staff went the extra mile to help my wife and I set up when we needed the extra hands. Our daughter couldn’t have had a better day, especially with how kind and interactive all the staff were. Without a doubt will be using Island Tropics for our next event
