Lydia was recommended by a friend, and I could not have been happier. She got totally on board with my somewhat eccentric brief (English Sunday lunch for 12 with roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, veg, the works, followed by summer pudding - in November) and delivered it to a very high standard. She was cheerful, accommodating and tidy, presented everything beautifully, and most importantly made everything super delicious. She may be from the French Caribbean but she does an English roast potato better than 99 per cent of Brits. Highly recommended!

Afternoon Tea for a Work Team Lunch. I found "Always Truffle" through Bark online. When the Team knew it was Afternoon Tea in the Boardroom, I had the highest attendance, so a lot was expected from Lydia from Always Truffle. We did not need to be worried, as Lydia arrived with all the freshly baked & made delights that were able to feed a hungry team & more. Everything was laid out beautifully & the team enjoyed & tasted everything, from homemade scones to Earl Grey Panacottas. All plates, serviettes, etc were provided & Lydia took care of the clearing away. Lydia is a Gem in a sea of caterers, finding a one-woman band who does a lot more than afternoon teas.. Try Always Truffle & Lydia & you will not be disappointed. Lydia also has an infectious personality, which makes for an enjoyable experience.
