Live-out Butler in Kensington

Description

Our private clients are looking for an experience and professional live-out butler to join a fully staffed private household in London, supporting a family of three. The role is part of a team of three butlers, working on a rotational shift pattern to ensure seamless coverage and service throughout the day.

Shift Schedule, 5 days a week (rotated weekly):

Early: 6:00am – 4:00pm
Mid: 10:00am – 8:00pm
Late: 1:00pm – 11:00pm

Weekend coverage is shared on rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of traditional butler duties
Pantry management and upkeep
Liaising closely with the chef to coordinate meals and service
Preparing and serving breakfast for the family
Front-of-house service, guest reception, and table settings
Working collaboratively with other household staff to maintain high standards
Discreet, anticipatory service with a focus on excellence

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience as a private butler in a HNWI household
Strong understanding of formal service and household protocol
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professional, discreet, and well-presented
Able to commit to a flexible schedule and weekend rotation
Right to work in the UK

This is a live-out position, and candidates must be based within easy reach of central London. The family is seeking someone who can start immediately and integrate smoothly into a well-established team. Salary up to £55,000 gross per annum.
