I am looking for a female flatmate as the current tenant is female, the room is not suitable for couples or children.
There will be shared use of kitchen (including, washing machine oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc) and bathroom.
Also shared living room that has a large sofa and a dining area with table and chairs.
The flat is close to the universities, hospital and city center and is close to many bus routes.

The current tenant is a female working professional.
