Mohammad and his team saved the day after we were let down on a fitting by Tapi Carpets. They were able to supply and fit new carpets very quickly and to a high standard. They were also very flexible when we had to adjust the fitting dates. I would highly recommend them!

We previously had a good experience with this company, which is why we decided to contact them again for additional flooring work. Unfortunately, this time was very different. While the initial installation seemed fine, issues started to appear shortly after the job was completed. We reached out multiple times—through calls and messages—to have the problems addressed, but were completely ignored. Despite our repeated attempts, we received no follow-up or support. It's incredibly disappointing, especially since we came back as returning customers expecting the same level of professionalism and service. Sadly, the lack of accountability and communication after the work was done has left us very dissatisfied. We can no longer recommend this company based on our recent experience.

The guys were great, they went the extra mile to help sort a new carpet on the day as the one I ordered was too small. Booked them in for further flooring installs.
