If I could leave 0 stars I would! She promise she would use a steam cleaner and it was just a normal vax cleaner. This wasn’t up for the job, and my carpets and sofas don’t look like they have been cleaned. There was some stains she said she couldn’t get out, which on inspection was dry to touch and didn’t look like it had been attempted to get out. As I bought a basic £3 carpet cleaning product and it came out. Their was also numerous of jobs which should have been done and wasn’t done on closer inspection. Like cleaning the headboard and mattress. On the whole, has robbed a pregnant woman. In a period of time when she needed someone she could trust. I enquired with another company who provided me certificates and pictures of their professional steam cleaner, is a fraction of the price and informed me they have had many story’s like this arsing. She made me feel uncomfortable in my own home, demanded to be paid cash upfront and when I moaned about anything that had been done or queried anything, looked at me so angry and generally made me feel scared. When I messaged to tell her I still wasn’t happy, she didn’t care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY under any circumstances. Have reported to trading standards
