CARER NEEDED FOR YOUNG WOMAN

Description

We parents are looking for regular female carers who are caring, respectful, compassionate to care for our lovely young daughter who lives with us in our family home in Newbury Park.

This lovely young woman is a 26-year-old. She has no verbal communication and totally depends on her carers to attend to her personal needs & keep her safe at all times. Good standard of hygiene as she is also prone to infections. She has no mobility and uses a wheelchair.

She requires two to one and will be working alongside another carer or a family member.

Care hours required are Mon - Fri split shifts 6hrs per day (Morning 2.5Hrs and evening 3.5hrs) and Sat - Sun 9.5hrs per day.

The role pays £14 -15 per hour

Must Have

Good standard of hygiene Passion to care for disabled people who solely depends on the carers Understanding the needs and able to communicate Caring & loving Physical fit and able Reliable Social & willing to work with others

Experience Manual Handling PEG feed Suctioning Seizure

Tasks need to be done not limited to

Safety of the Client without compromise At least one carer must be always with her for safety Personal care Hoisting from bed to wheelchair PEG feeding Keeping the care room cleaned Stimulation activities
