Willerby Vogue (2002) Static Caravan

This was a (then) top of the range Willerby Vogue 2002, 38 x 12, 2 berth in Very Good Condition. It is located on a small site of approx 60 static caravans and is a couple of miles north of Dunkeld. Under current site rules, as long as the caravan is in good condition and you abide by site rules, you will not be asked to leave. I have been there 15 years. The site is open April to October and current site fees are £1,608 but the van comes with the 2025 site fees paid.

It has uPVC decking which runs the length of the van and the side area has been professionally slabbed with parking for 2 cars. It is double glazed, centrally heated and is fully winterised. The Worcester Combi boiler was replaced in 2019. There is an en-suite toilet in the main bedroom and a separate bathroom with a wash hand basin, toilet and shower. It is being sold with virtually all its contents which includes a washing machine, microwave, air fryer, electric frying pan, dishes, cutlery, Gtech vacuum cleaner and fridge freezer. There is also a garden shed with a lawnmower, outside tap with a long hose and a barbecue with a gas bottle. In the living room there is a fold down bed settee and two recliner armchairs. There is also a TV, Freesat PVR and a music centre which can be programmed to play in a specific room or the whole van.

The elderly widowed owner is giving up caravanning and is open to negotiation on the selling price.
