We are selling our holiday home, due to change in circumstances. We have looked after it very well and is in move in straight away condition. We bought it new in September 2019. The holiday park is an 11 month stay, having to vacate in the month of February. Its a quiet family park with no pub or entertainment. But Girvan town has a great array of pubs, and restaurants and takeaways and shops as well as a community gardens with music, where everyone is made to feel welcome, we find it a really friendly place.

GIRVAN VOTED BEST DOG FRIENDLY TOWN IN 2025!

This stunning static holiday home is situated at the South of the picturesque coastal town of Girvan in South Ayrshire, off the A77, 1/2 hour from ferry ports at Stranraer/Cairnryan.

There is a large playing/football field for children near to the caravan.

There is a dedicated playpark and a secluded duck pond, and plenty of walks for the dogs on the park.

The Sheraton Elite is 40ft x 14ft Allowing a comfortable space for relaxing on standard home sized furniture which is included. There is stunning uninterrupted views of Ailsa Craig, Kintyre, Antrim Coast in Northern Ireland. from the caravan and decking.

Fully double glazed with a residential spec.

Gas central heating throughout, with 2 bottles of gas.

The Gas safety check has just been done, 19/06/2025.

All paperwork will be passed to the new owner.

Annual site fees are £2,755.00 (the park management has offered early payment incentive in the past, although we cannot guarantee it will continue)


Wrapped in hardwood decking area approx. 6m x 4m x 2m, with privacy screen attached, enclosing the area outside for privacy. There is a secure gate so ideal for dogs and children There is pebble fountain integrated on the furthest corner on the decking, which is solar powered.
We designed the area around the caravan, it has a mono-blocked driveway which 2 cars can park easily. A pebbled area where the rotary air dryer is (which was renewed last year and is of good quality) There is a large area of grass and some shrubs been planted and being a good distance away from the next caravan it is unusual to have this size of space, it being on a slight slope. the other side of the caravan had mono-block and paving where the gas bottles are kept for easy access for them to be replaced when empty.
There are 2 access points at the skirting of the decking. One is access for turning water on/off and any items you want to store underneath.
There is an easy drain down system in place. An outside tap and hose reel, double electrical outside socket for your convenience(we charged the electric car on this with the appropriate cable).

The Sheraton Elite sleeps 6.
2 x bedrooms plus a pull out large double bed in the lounge (which has never been used and still has hygiene packaging on)

There is a twin room with 2 standard size 3ft single beds with plenty of storage., with a fixed headboard running along the wall.(mattresses always have had protectors on them)there is a wardrobe. mirror, drawers and over head storage and storage under beds. (bedding available if required
Across the hallway is the bathroom that has an enclosed shower, vanity unit, toilet and wall cupboard all beautifully designed.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed/ dressing table with seat and lots of storage cupboards drawers, gas lift under bed storage. Satellite tv is installed in the master bedroom with tv mounted on the wall. (included) Spacious Walk in Wardrobe Area in which we have added more drawers to. (bedding is available if required)
The ensuite bathroom from the master bedroom has a deep bath and overhead shower, glass folding shower screen, vanity unit and toilet, again with under sink and over toilet storage wall cupboards tastefully designed and really relaxing to chill out in.

The kitchen has integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave/grill. Gas cooker with four rings, top and bottom oven and over head fan and lighting. All very well looked after. the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, the open plan design of the Sheraton Elite means you don't miss out on the conversation or watch the tv. Crockery, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils included if you wish this.

The lounge area has double patio doors that lead out to the decking, an integrated Bluetooth ceiling speaker system and includes the sofas and a large footstool, tv unit, satellite system (TV included) All windows have blinds and curtains.

There are usb points on the sockets throughout the caravan for you to charge phones etc.
