Caravan, 38 x 12ft, is in excellent condition and has a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with an extra double bed under the main seating area, colour tv on wall, dining alcove with bench seating and extra chairs, plus an electric heater to supplement the gas central heating.
It also has double glazing throughout.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed with storage beneath plus overhead shelving and a wardrobe. It also has an en-suite with shower.
The second bedroom has 2 full-size single beds with storage beneath and a wardrobe.
There is also a large family bathroom with shower and storage shelves.
Entry to the caravan is via a hallway with a bench and hangers for coats/jackets and storage for shoes.
The large deck is accessed from the caravan by the main door or sliding doors from the lounge area, and has ample space for the included sun shade, table and 4 chairs.
There are 2 large gas bottles to the rear of the caravan for cooking and heating purposes.
The caravan can stay on the park until November 2034. Pitch fees paid for 2025.
North Park is a very quiet area of a much larger park which contains play areas, camping and touring caravan spaces, laundry facilities and the park reception and shop, set amid a landscape of trees and grassy areas.
There is very good access to the River Tilt for walking, swimming of fishing, and the local villages of Blair Atholl and Bridge of Tilt are 5 minutes walk away. Both of these villages are great for shops, cafes, pubs and the golf course.
The caravan pitch also allows access to Blair Castle estate and grounds and there are numerous marked walking and hiking trails plus many events held at the Castle during the year.
