I am selling my static caravan sited at Laggenhouse country park.Ballentrea Girvan. Lovely coast 5 minute drive from caravan. Caravan has 2 bedrooms 1 double 1 twin which can be made into a double. Big well equiped kitchen new microwave fridge freezer and cooker. Large spacious living area with new sofas. Bathroom shower unit. New boiler fitted 2 years ago. The caravan has a large decking area. I have been renting out the caravan and have bookings for 2026. I will be sad to see it go, i dont have the time working full time. Excellent rental potential. Sold with everything included.
