Our 2011 ABI Windermere pre-loved, spacious 6 berth holiday home sited on Llanrhidian Holiday Park in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Gower Coast comes with a larger than normal plot with room for parking of two cars.
The caravan has a front deck and wrap around skirting.
There is ample room for outdoor eating and relaxing on the deck and patio area.
You will also find ample outside lighting and power to use at any time of the day or night.

The caravan sleeps six people in two bedrooms and a pull down sofa bed.

Inside, you will find a roomy lounge area with double French doors leading on to the front decking, windows to 3 sides making this room bright and airy, a large 6 seater L shaped settee with cushions matching the curtains and a pull out double bed below with a new mattress that has never been used.
A feature fireplace with electric heater, perfect for those cool mid-season evenings, a coffee table, armchair and display cabinets complete this very cosy and comfortable room.

The kitchen/dining area contains a table, two chairs and an L shaped settee with cushions, a well equipped kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, grill and separate oven below, sink, built in fridge/freezer and ample storage cupboards and worktop area.

There is a separate cupboard housing a boiler that provides hot water and heating that was installed 2 years ago.

From the kitchen area a corridor leads to a roomy master bedroom containing a king size bed with new mattress and box storage below, insert side tables with USB sockets for convenience, display and storage cupboards above headboard, a dressing table with fixed mirror and chair, tv point, a double wardrobe with drawers and an en-suite toilet with sink.

The second bedroom includes twin beds with middle bedside table with USB sockets, storage and display boxes above headboards and a large wardrobe with drawers.

There is a shower room with second toilet and sink leading off from the corridor also.

Wifi has already been installed by Voneus and can be transferred to new owner.

The holiday park is open 11 months of the year closing at around 6th January to 31st January, but access is allowed for maintenance of caravan etc, so you will truly be able to make the most of your holiday home.
The current license runs until November 2032.
Site fees are £6085/year and can be paid in 10 monthly instalments.
Gas is by bottle and electricity is billed twice a year in arrears.

The Park provides weekly entertainment if required at no cost to residents. This takes place in the Purple Badger Pub & Restaurant which also has Outdoor Dining Terrace for those sunny days and warm evenings. Pets are welcome in the venue(designated areas)

There is plenty for the children to do with a heated outdoor pool, including child area, outdoor play area, a 3 Storey indoor soft play area, 5-a-side football pitch, table-tennis table, darts and pool table. So the children can be entertained while you enjoy a meal or drink in the Purple Badger.

Free WiFi is also available in the Purple Badger, Launderette and shop.

There is a gym for those that wish to keep fit, modern launderette (recently refurbished) and a well stocked shop (Co-Op) .

Basically, everything you need for a relaxing time away from home.
