Sited on a family run site ( no renting allowed). 12 months seasonal pitch (unable to live in)
Site is dog friendly with plenty of woodland walks.
There is a park on site for Children and another over the road.
Close proximity to Barnard Castle and new shopping centre at St Helen Auckland.
New roof put on 2 years ago along with New Gas Central Heating and New Double Glazing throughout also done 2 years ago.
Site fees were £3000 for this season and will be due 1st January 2026.
Site owner has guaranteed the caravan to be on site for this season and further 2 seasons then yearly reviews thereafter.
Site owner has a set of keys for viewings if I am not available.
Would consider caravan being moved from site at cost to buyer
