Sited on the highest plot on this lovely quiet, family friendly site, boasting sea views across Cardigan Bay to Pen Llyn. The caravan is on a large private corner site, backing onto woodland and fields. It's a sheltered spot meaning you'll get lots of use of the deck. This is the closest caravan site to Cei Bach beach, only a few minutes easy walk from caravan to dog friendly and safe swimming beach. A very safe site for children.


Access to all Haven facilities on main site at Quay West Holiday Park, including Owners Lounge, free swimming, discounted rates for activities, café/restaurant meals and drinks, fish and chip shop, free pizza delivery and grocery store.



Outside—an elevated modern UPVc 16sq approx.metre deck (3m x 5.5m) with fencing , privacy screen and lockable gate. Semi secure under deck storage suitable for kayaks, paddleboards etc. Also an outside tap to wash everything down when you get back from the beach!

Paved area suitable for picnic bench and barbecue. The site is well looked after by the Haven maintenance team.

Designated parking for 1 vehicle.

Inside—Large bedroom with Ikea Queen size bed, lots of wardrobe space and an en-suite toilet and basin. Electric oil filled radiator.

Twin bedroom with small wardrobe, storage shelves and wall mounted fully programmable electric panel heater.

Kitchen area with full size gas cooke, fridge and plenty of cupboard space. Gas boiler and utility storage space.

Large living dining area with traditional caravan seating, gas fire, dining table , TV aerial point etc. Lots of under seat storage and pull out double bed. Fantastic sea views to Pen Llyn and New Quay.

Shower room with WC/basin. Storage areas and wall mounted fully programmable electric panel heater.

The caravan sale includes the under counter larder fridge. It does not include the under counter freezer which we will remove at the point of sale.

Gas boiler/cooker/fire---fully serviced.

Electrical Safety Test, Gas Safety Certificate will be renewed on ownership ransfer and this can be arranged by Haven.

Two 45kg gas bottles for hot water, cooker and gas fire.

Site open from March 1st until January 7th (approx. 45 weeks per year).

Price £14,500* Payment and tansfer of ownership is handled by Haven. They meet and credit check all prospective new owners and guide you through the purchase process. If viewing, please bring two forms of ID including your current Council Tax Bill, and some photo ID. This is for Haven, not us!

Note Haven charges a fee for new gas/electric tests, fire blankets, extinguishers etc on transfer of ownership. Site fees will be paid pro rata for the year---fees this year (whole year) were circa £5,400 plus electricity, business rates and water. The total per full year is approx £6,200 depending on electricity usage.
