Caravan is located in sheffield! Where do I start. It's a 1990 model that has been completely renovated with the aim of making it look like a modern flat inside. It has a toilet cubicle with an excellent Thetford cassette toilet. The kitchen unit has been completely rebuilt as the original was cheap chip board. So it's now solid pine and looks perfect. Has a double burner, fridge freezer (gas, battery or mains) grill, and loads of storage under the sink. For water, the pump is in perfect working order and comes with an aqua roll with travel case. All lights are new LED and theres multiple usb and female 12v car sockets so you can plug a 12v tv straight in off-grid on the unit. Wardrobe, hanging space, drawers etc.. and all 240v sockets are new and have USB too. Bed is a full double with brand new upholstered cushions and covers.
It's actually a 10" thick memory foam mattress that has been cut to size and covered so it's super comfy. All the curtains are double lined blackout, with a thermal layer upholstered into it. So it keeps the heat in/out. Floating shelves have been custom made which are spot on. Under the bed there is a new battery charger and basic solar controller with a trickle charge solar panel to keep the battery topped up. (The end of the wire needs rewiring) Probably enough solar for lights and keeping your phone charged etc.. battery is about a year old 90ah leisure battery. The whole coupling is brand new as is the brake line. That was £500 alone. so the coupling, hand brake etc.. Plugs and sockets for the outside power and plug for your car etc.. are also new aluminium ones replacing the old plastic type. There is damage (as seen in pictures) on one side of the thick double glazing). Gas is a pretty full gaslight bottle from Homebase. Easy to swap. The floor inside was carpet which has been taken out and now has a grey wood effect vinyl floor. High quality and very solid.
Comes with the original awning set which is in the loft and is massive. No expense or effort has been spared on this. It was a real passion project and used with love.
