Lunar Delta Ti 2008 Twin Axle
We have enjoyed this caravan for the last 11 years. Initially we used it on a seasonal pitch and more recently on our drive as a guest flat, office, second lounge and games room. Heated throughout the winter. (We have always used oil filled radiators)
It has been used on the drive for the last 6 years so we have had no services or reports done.
It is in good overall condition for an 18 year old caravan but please remember that is what it is. I have the CRIS logbook in my name.
I am not aware of any leaks and there are no damp smells.
Water and waste containers included.
Two gas bottles
Full size Isabella awning.
We have only ever used it with 240V hook up so when the water heater and fridge died, we replaced them with 240V only units.
Full size gas cooker in full working order.
5 Berth consisting of bedroom with fixed island bed and seating area which makes up a large bed that would sleep three.
Mid Bathroom with toilet and sink and separate Mid shower enclosure. (we have only used the shower as a cupboard)
The caravan will be connected to gas, water, and electric for any inspection.
