When purchased, the caravan had all new mattresses, blinds, light fixtures, anything that needed doing was done. It will come as a going concern, so the items within the let and outside I’m happy to include to continue its business from the off set - Including outside furniture & large storage unit.

We have a good relationship with Parkdean staff and in particular the site manager who is always happy to help. Our sale of our beautiful caravan is reluctant, but we are at a busy time in our lives, & something has to ‘give’, we will be sad to see it go, but know it would bring many happy years to another family. I would consider buying another one in the future with Parkdean. Fantastic free owner events throughout the year.
