Elddis emporer 6 berth caravan, nice clean good condition with 4x nearly new tyres, 3/4 porch awning, waste water and hook up, water pump, has blown air heating, roof extractor / cooling fan, 360 tv aerial, two tvs and microwave, no damp or soft spots in walls or floors , 4 burner hob, 3 way fridge everything works as it should no cracked windows etc, everything with it to hitch up and go ! Double dinette or end bedroom layout, or can be used a double bed with to kids bunks either side.. front seating area also converts to a double ! Year is 2005
