Cheap caravan

Description

It is origionally a 4 berth, double bed front and bunkbeds rear (removed, but lats can be included if you wish to build a single or bunk)
Gas and electricity works fine.
110 leisure battery has been stood for the year. Not sure if still holds charge.
Comes with working microwave, 2 working fridges, one origional built in with gas option. The other a small electric fridge. an awning (water tight but if memory serves me correctly it could do with some door zips repairing, not sure if there are a couple of poles missing).
Shower ripped out as damp behind, needs insulation and panel replacing. Working toilet and hand basin. Working sink and oven and grill.
Missing front light plastic cover right side. Damage to back right side corner. (Fiber glass cover up, but would need better repair) I believe the plastic hitch cover has 1 or 2 cracks so does the front bumper and left side front, (temp fibre glass repairs). TV aerial working Gas heater laminate flooring, pretty new floor I don't think it has damp in it but can't be certain without checking old shower area. All windows and air vents present. Some windows need replacement poles to hold open but close and lock fine. Can come with or without Gas bottle. I think the electric point cables and stabiliser are also present. Handbrake works fine, jocky wheel could do with replacing. Under carriage I believe is still in very good condition maybe small rust but definitely good sturdy condition. Spare tyre and under carriage tyre bracket. Door is fine barn door opening. I remember the light above the door didn't work. Could just be a bulb, let's just presume it is broken. Damage to awning track not a lot but small section would need replacing to make it easier to erect awning. I think it has good tread on tyres. Hitch lock and key present. Water barrel and waste barrel present. Toilet caset present.
I believe that is all correct, please consider it is alot to recall without being stood inside and outside of the caravan so there maybe a couple of things I have wrong. We can check if you come to view. It could make a good renervation project or simply converted into a trailor.
Due to a sloppy separation I can nolonger justify investing time and effort to restore to former glory. I do need to generate a reasonable cash sum to add to the wife screwed me fund. 🤣 So as a result only contact if you will pay full asking price and not try to knock we down (I won't waste my time replying). I paid £1400 for it 2 years back and stook extra into it. I think £400 is a fair price for its condition.
