DescriptionHello, the static caravan is sited within a 10 minute walk to Aberystwyth town and beach. It sleeps 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and a 3rd double pull out bed in the living / dining room.
The static caravan has a private drive for your vehicle, a decked balcony area so that you can enjoy the amazing views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
It has double glazing, tv ariel, new light fittings, new sink, new toilet, new kitchen mixer taps, new fridge freezer, new double beds in each bedroom, new built in electric heaters in the master bedroom and bathroom and new flooring in the galley kitchen area and entrance hall.
It also has a double change over unit with 2 gas bottles outside and the static caravan has been well maintained with all safety certificates up to date.
It has just had a new gas safety check and electric certificate, the certificates last for 12 months. The site has a club and entertainment, soft play ball area, arcade, shop, indoor swimming pool, park, river for fishing ( fishing permit included in the price ) there is also a dog walk area on site.
The site is open for 10 and a half months
( there are no age restrictions for caravans onsite )
( The site opens between the 1st of March to the 9th of January.
it is only closed for approx 6 weeks of the year.
The static can be rented out between Easter and the 31st of October.
It can earn from £75 per night in off peak season.
The fees are included and paid up to date until January next year 2026, so there is nothing to pay until next year.
The fees are £4,665 for the year and can be paid over 3 instalments.
The electric is billed separately and
gas bottles are available to purchase onsite.
The price includes the £2,500 new owner transfer fees.
The caravan will be available from the 1st of July ( viewings welcome )
